By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO PURCHASE A NSFW COMMISSION FROM ME.
All commissions must be sent through note .

- You must provide a reference. PLEASE try to avoid Second Life/Word refs. And no, I DO NOT copy poses unless it is a photograph of yourself doing a pose you want. FURSUIT PICTURES DO NOT COUNT AS REFERENCES!! (NO NUDITY OR I WILL REFUSE YOUR COMMISSION AND BLOCK YOU AND REPORT YOU FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT. DON'T SEND ME NAKED PICTURES OF YOURSELF EVER)
- DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK OR POST WITHOUT CREDIT. I will NEVER give out unwatermarked work.
- Paypal only.
- American Dollars (USD) only.
- Preview/WIP at the sketch and line stage for revisions can be requested.
- No rush orders, but deadlines are okay. If you need something done by a certain date, TELL ME. It may cost a fee depending on my commission queue.
- No, you are not allowed to have the .sai or .psd versions of your commission, sorry. This rule prevents theft.
- I retain all copyrights.
- My artwork is never to be posted on: Boorus, chans, Inkbunny.

References:
PLEASE try to avoid Second Life/Word refs. If you send me a Second Life reference. If you do not reply to any questions I have within 24 hours of me noting you, and after the color stage you want something added, it may cost you a fee for any changes. PLEASE GIVE ME A REFERENCE YOU LIKE THAT IS EASY TO WORK WITH TO AVOID THESE ISSUES.

Payment:
All payments must be through paypal. Do not include any additional notes (aside from your username ONLY. Ex: nik-l-nips) as paypal does NOT endorse the sale of artwork/commissions and it can end with your/my paypal being banned. Also, please do NOT send it as a gift, or anything else under the Personal tab, as Paypal cracks down on that.

All prices are in USD, and must be paid up front. Work will not begin until payment is received.

Commission Procedure:
In order to commission me you must have at least one image of the character, with color.

Once you have sent your request and we have discussed what you'd like, you must pay me in full up front, and I will add you to my commission queue.

*The only exceptions are icons, chibis and other small commissions.

Content:

If an extremely complex character is requested, there may be additional charges.

I won't draw in another style. If you would like art in someone else's style, then please commission them.

I reserve the right to refuse your commission.

Revisions:
You are able to ask for changes in the sketch phase. However, if you ask for excessive changes, there will be a fee.
Once you have approved of your sketch, you may not make any more changes to the pose or composition of the piece without additional charge.

I will show another WIP once the line art is complete if requested, but you may not make any major changes.

If you decide that you want a completely new pose, or a different character it counts as a re-sketch and you will be charged.

I do not make changes after a commission has been completed

Rush Orders/Deadlines:
NO rush orders.
If there is a deadline on your commission please state so.

Permissions & Private Artworks:
I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means that I can post it to my FA account, art CDs/Folios. Please state ahead of time if you wish for your commission to be withheld from my galleries and my own personal use.

You are allowed to post your commission in your gallery, but it must be linked and credited back to me. You are also able to print the image for personal use.. If you're using it on a website or blog layout, I must be visibly credited.

You aren't allowed to use it commercially, as I still own the rights unless discussed before I accept your commission. You may not sell t-shirts, prints, or any other items with the image on it.

You may not hire someone to color any line work of mine, whether it is a commission or not. You may color the image yourself, or get someone to color the image for free. If someone is coloring it you must ask permission before hand.
Refunds:
If you need a refund for whatever reason, then you must request it before I've started your commission. Once work has been started, refunds will NOT be issued. It is your responsibility to manage your money appropriately.

If I feel you are being unreasonable (ie. rude, harassing, stalking and so on) I will terminate the commission if you continue after a warning. A partial refund will be given if the artwork has been started.
