How much would one of these onigiri cost (mailed to Australia) Even if you leave it without the filling with a length of matching thread for mailing overseas and I can fill it and sew it up.

The way they're constructed they can't really be sewn up like that. They need to be stuffed completely before they are finished, but I doubt that unstuffing them would lower the shipping cost significantly anyway.
