I've seen this tend among other artists and I always get that answer. I wonder why people do this.

honestly i just got him as an adopt without pants and i kept it LOL a lot of the time i think people do it bc its harder to put pants on legs that bend like a quadrupeds. when i give my furries plantigrade paws, ill give them pants. if not, then no pants. but think about it it probably started as a trend because there are quite a few anthro cartoon animals that dont have pants. but ya the biggest reason is probably bc of how awkward they would look on the legs
