Owls Is Neat!
From the woods of Kentucky, Rev. RBB on the SubGenius Mailing List sends this happy snap:
This was from last week. I watched Shamus skin the limbs off a clutch of cedar logs by backskidding them between two close trees. As we talked, he saw a barred owl on a tree behind me - I took a couple of pics, then it flew right over our heads and perched on the mast of his skidder. When he pulled out his chainsaw to finish the limbing, the owl flew to a nearby standing deadwood, and watched and posed until I left, fifteen minutes later..
