So this outfit sort of takes me back. When I first made up Rings I was in 6th grade, which makes him my first and oldest original character, and his design was a mix of MegaMan and Goku with the name taken from Sonic games. So yeah I figured why not dress Rings up in and outfit similar to how he looked when I first drew him
