the basis for her design was to accentuate her sexiness hence the petite limbs and voluptuous curves, Metal rouge while still maintains her overall sexy shape is more like a robot built for battle. If you like I could do a mecha Silphia variant with the redesigned limbs.

Just a little bit of critique for you: her thumb looks a little long, and her fingers are a little, off, it seems.
Here's a tip: draw the hand, then break it into mechanical sections, instead of trying to build a robotic looking hand out of robot bits. It may help your work be a little more consistent in the hands department.
