This guy started off as just a quick sketch on my tablet so I didn't think too much about the intent of the design. I knew I wanted something with cartoony proportions, and it had to have a gun for an arm. As it started to take shape I settled on it being a sniper that overwatches from an elevated position. As for species, I think it sort of looks like a rabbit. Sort of.. maybe? I have no idea.
