I haven't seen the Rebellion move however I have seen lots of scenes on Youtube.
I honestly really love all the characters but I have a soft spot for Homura-Chan Madoka is my second favorite or Kyoko.
My favorite moment was episode 10 (Homura's back story) I really did not expect anything that happened and I really felt such empathy and sympathy towards Homura's character development I really fell in love with the story all over again because of that episode.
From Rebellion the Cake song is my favorite (in Japanese) because it is so cute sounding and I enjoy seeing all the girls together. Rebellion has a lot of moments with the girls together that I really craved seeing in the actually series. Also the transformations in Rebellion or absolutely gorgeous. Sayka's is my favorite transformation)
