I'm still convinced that Psyduck was supposed to be Golduck and Golduck was supposed to be psyduck, totally make sense!
Anyway, thia Golduck either devoured or got inflated or bloated up or... whatever it is, it learned by relaxing, things can be better... other fatties panic and usually drown... maybe this Golduck ate one of those drowning fatties? I dunno lol your imagination, let your imagination tell you XD
