this one is defintely not based on NEW art, though I have been drawn in that outfit a few times.
Each bar of that skirt is hand stitched to the next, the baggy sleves are actually long enough to go to my wrists with still a bit of bagging. everything is satin lined and super comfy and easy to wear! the poofy collar was both fun to make and wear! the bow on my head you can't see in any of the shots too well, but it is BIG, as you can see from the tips of it ove my ears.
I would love BIGGER pom poms, but I can't seem to find any online in green or white (prefferably green and white)

Heh, you look cute! You know, I know a site where you can buy real big pom-poms in a lot of colors. It's called pomexpress.com. The real, big, fluffy ones are the Streamer Poms (http://www.pomexpress.com/ShopSite/.....0STREAMERS.htm). I'd recommend getting the Color Group 2 pom-poms, cause those can have up to 8000 streamers, that is, if you want real big and fluffy pom-poms. Here's a color chart, too (http://www.pomexpress.com/ShopSite/.....oup%20two.html). Look under the Plastic Colors. You'd probably want the Kelly Green kind of green and the, well, White kind of white. Hopefully you can get them. I'm sure you'd look even cuter with bigger pom-poms!
