If you were at Furnal this year, you probably already heard but now that we have pictures and we're out of the first trimester danger zone, I figured it's time to announce it to FA.
nephis_dragon and I made a person!!
I'm at 13 weeks right now, and so far everything is going great. Baby's fine and other than being REALLY TIRED and SUPER HUNGRY all the time, I feel fine too. Well, this week my flexibility has gone to crap in that bending down got a whole lot harder, but I think I'll make Nephis buy me one of those grabbers-things and I should be able to survive. Dropping thread is the worst, it always rolls away and under a desk or something XD
Baby's due in mid-October and we're pretty excited :3

I had my Zero buy me a Pregnancy body pillow. The one I got is called the "today's mom coolmax" It was such a convenience my whole pregnancy (loved the pillow section that stuck out to lay my growing tummy on... really nice <3) We have a queen bed. Zero was able to sleep with me while I had that monster-sized body pillow...with a little less room on his side of the bed XD (he got that room back after 42 weeks XD)
Body pillows are a must IMO. But, I know a few moms who just sleep with a lot of pillows...which I think would be a giant pain @_@

Enormous AND cozy! 8D Though, I will admit, the top half (meant for your head usually XD) made me a bit claustrophobic (I'm a side sleeper, and I have to have my arm under the pillow when I sleep. The large top end made it nearly impossible without the pillow case pushing on my shoulder @__@) so, I ended up switching it around (my head where your feet are meant to be XD) it worked for the most part. If I had it to do over again, I'd of probably gotten something more like this one: Link The top isn't "boxy" like the other ...that was the biggest issue.

Too early, yeah! I may know at my 20-week ultrasound but it's something we want to keep a secret to avoid people being pushy with name suggestions or giving us gendered presents (not you! My family has already proved themselves to be... difficult... about this so they don't get to know jack anymore lol)

Hubs and I are taking bets to see how long it'll take our birds to start mimicking the 'baby isn't moving a lot, better go make sure it's not dead' alarm on the monitor. They already do the doorbell (especially annoying when you have no pants on and think it's something important), the door unlocking (terrifying) and all of the noises our cell phones make, ever.

I get to hear the creaks of both my house and my mom's (from visits there with da burd), the microwave buttons and the finished chimes, my cell phone noises...all of them...small car horns, a zipper (of all things), and, my personal favorite, the ear-splitting screech that announces that someone has moved past the front window. That one is especially great when she decides to let it loose in the car!

Funny you mention it, I met my husband here! We lived in the same city and I'm so glad I said where I was from on my Fa profile because that got his attention. He left me a shout saying "lol Montreal" and he had a cool dragon icon so we started talking. About 7 years later, here we are now.
Though, I think I'll tell the kid something other than "I met your father on a furry site". Hawkward XD

*snickers* Ah I am sure his or her's question will be how you met up. Just say a social network website. Oh dear god just realized the future of technology. What will it be like for them. 7G network. New words like "lol" and "lmao" an whole new community than furries.
