Following the creation of this pic: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16078802/ I knew I needed to make this character. This is Frank, the king of the Emerald City and Baum's father. He rules alongside Queen Elle, Baum's mother. At first the reign of the Kalidah was met with much resistance, but by the time Frank became King, Oz experienced quite a period of peace. As for Frank's personality, he seems gruff but once you get on his good side, he'll look out for you.
