This is a little background I did back in 2000 or so. Made it in MS Paint on my work computer while I was waiting to take a call. Unfortunately MS Paint sucks for file compression, so it's not as nice as the original bitmaps I did, but it's still pretty cool if you tile it.

As I remember, the rings on the black background here are just the arc that makes the border of the star. They're my favorite bit.

I also made one with the colors inverted.
