Forgot to post it here... Can't believe that, it seems like we have a poor memory xD
Anyway, here is Luther the puppet. As we told you already in our journals, puppets are magical toys that became a vessel for the souls of the deceased. In fact, this toy that you can see on the picture is made of real bones and corpse's fragments, but mixed with usual materials, like fabric and clay. Yes, it's close to the voodoo rituals. Only special people can create such a puppet, and it's pretty expensive.
Now about the character. Luther was born in a noble family and died young. His folks had enough money to bring him back to life by turning into the puppet. But it is not the only bad thing that happened to this guy, because Luther is also a 'happy' owner of his own family 'demon'. The demon's name is Bartholomew and he is a true pain in the ass, lol xD BUT, for now Bart can't do anything against the will of his master Luther. Because... Well, the death of Luther breaks up all the demon's rules somehow. I guess it was just too complicated for an evil spirit. It's more usual for them to haunt the living, so poor Bart is totally confused right now.
You can take a look at Bart's face here, if you want to, he is a red one and he is pretty cute. xP

Pretty much all of Luther looks like it would be fun to grab
I really, really like the idea of the puppets - and it fits so well with the creepy mad aesthetic of your drawings. Wonderful concept!
Do puppets have life spans? Are they common? Are they treated differently from the, hm, biologically living?

Thank you for the comment!
Well, yes, the life of the puppet is not endless, even due the fact their body is not fully living and have no biological needs. Puppets are not free, they are connected to one of their relatives, by the special, magical, err, 'voodoo' ring. This ring is, in fact, derives the life strength from a live person to give some of it to a doll. So, when the living person dies, the puppet will die too. Sad but true.
And about the biological living - as we said, puppets have no biological needs, BUT they can eat and can be... lol, alive in full meaning of this word, more or less. They even can have sex, but still, it's not a real life, its only an imitation of it. Like in the theatre, where all the characters you see is just an actors.
