The hard rain felt so good, but Wort was much bigger now than it was ever used to. The ground seemed... so much further away... But its foot pad was still flush to the mud. Heavily weighed down into the mud. Could it move? It doubted so. Yet, it could feel its back flank animatedly going to spore. The rain had given rise to at least four new crowning lattice eggs at its shoulders. Lolled its eyes at the ground, which now felt so far away. Didn't seem like the storm was going to let up anytime soon... Maybe a good time to take root and continue soaking it up.
