I had the absolute pleasure of painting these two characters in a full detail illustration in a night setting. It seems so relaxing to me =]
On the left we have Angelfonds and on the right is Snowflake, having a nice chat by the river.
This was commissioned by the very kind
dragons225 as a gift piece to 
angelfonds
Overall, including final adjustments and my own nit-picks, I clocked about 10 hours into it.

Oh no don't worry, 10 hours isn't actually too long for an illustration of this size ^_^. Many of my recent illustrations average around 10 hours while a couple are between 30 and 60+ hours. I really don't mind working longer on a piece, in fact I rather enjoy it! It allows me to explore the illustration and add all of the details to really pull it together into something special. I'm so glad you like it! ^_^
