History: Born in Ember Village, Fallout grew up as a small, shy pup and was mercilessly bullied by the school bully Dominik. Once his older sister, Vex, found out, she began teaching her younger brother to stand up for himself until he was confident enough to stand up to the bully. Once Dominik began to leave him alone, Fallout became very confident and proud of himself, though he doesn't consider himself to be better than his friends. Shortly after, Fallout saw Dominik bullying his neighbor, Cyanide, and he leapt in front of him, claiming that if Dominik wanted to get to Cyanide, then he's have to go through Fallout first. The bully left, and Fallout and Cyanide have been best friends ever since. Not long after, Cherri-Bomb moved to Ember Village and befriended Fallout and Cyanide. Though Fallout often flirts with Cherri, their relationship is more of very close friends. He works at his sister's business, Nuclear Hits.
