Bootleg is a fun-loving, supernatural pirate gal ready to kick (or whip) butt. I actually have a comprehensive ref and story of her, debating weather or not to post it or leave it for the commission/trade people stash. Is showing off refs of your own OCs a thing anymore? Havent seen too much of that in recent years.
(I should also note that this is a color-themed piece, so the colors are 'inaccurate' to the actual character)
