Things start to get much more interesting in chapter three. This one, titled Weapons of the Soul, is the beginning of Miles' training. Ryu reveals to Miles how he intends to teach him and what kinds of magic he possesses. Also, this introduces a new character. The name of which I won't reveal here, but her description and appearance are used with permission, she is a friend of mine.
