This is a rather old one. I'm not uploading in chronological order right now which may mean that the quality of the images is decreasing (D'oh!)
It was my first try to use Vector in Adobe Illustrator... and kind of my last one ;) It was far too much work for far too less succes. But still I like how it finally turned out.

The custom to let a girl jump out of a cake was introduced at a memorable occasion known as "The Girl Pie Dinner". As early as May 20th 1895, architect Stanford White had invited his friends to dinner at photographer James L Breese’s studio in New York. As desert a giant cake was carried in, out of which a girl jumped out - in the nude according to some of the guests, covered by a thin veil according to others. Her name was Susie Johnson and she was 16 years young. She was never heard of again. The unconfirmed rumour is that she committed suicide after the scandal, but no one knows for sure.
