I think this qualifies as the Genderbending challenge – I have an ongoing idea for a furry pirate/steampunk story and one of the main characters is a Burmese cat lady pirate named Rum. She got her start pretending to be a cabin boy and worked her way up to captain of her own ship where she can be as lady-like as she pleases. However, there are those times when it’s necessary to put on the special minimizing corset and let young Lord Rum hobnob with high muckety-mucks from the fleet.
