in one sense, what he's saying by the card is "are you feeling lucky"
but what he's really saying by saying that, is that you're in the lair of his boss
who's supposed to be some kind of uber mafia don of the entire carribian.
well if i remember right, that was the idea in the movie.
and you still had to grind past the alligators to get to his underwater office where you met his female sexitary,
who then delt a set of tarrot.

i remember the theme and the chacters, but not their names and i can never remember the sequence of scenes.
but i do remember the bone head guy rising up (on a hidden elevator) out of a grave during some kind of ritual going on in a grave yard.
