"Well then," Pamela giggled, "if I can't talk to you, I'll just have to-"
*SCRTHOOOOOM*
"-WHOA EARTHQUAKE!" Pamela flopped down onto her own face, fangs mere tenths of a mile away from... Well, Fang. "Oof. That was sudden. Man, earthquakes can really leave you with a sense of vertigo some times, like you were being lifted miles up into the air and-"
*Sluuuuuuuuuuurp!*
"Silly Rattata! Growing super huge near an ocean? Rookie mistake!"
*Sluuuuuuuuuuurp!*
"... Oh. Vapour. Of course," Pamela sighed. Digging her fingers into the humongous chunk of uprooted earth beneath her, the Rattata couldn't help but grimace as a tongue made entirely of water slurrrrrped over her entire body, forcing her back down flat and soaking her from toes to whiskers.
"Whatcha got there, mousey? Playing with dolls? What are you, twelve?"
*Sluuuuuuuuuuurp!*
"Hey, cut it out! I know it must be hard for you to notice when you're goofing around like always, but Mawie's down here too and you're gonna get us BOTH wet!"
"Oooh! Whoops! Silly me," Vapour laughed, her shifting semi-aquatic form glistening in the sunlight. "Thanks for the heads up. Almost made a terrible mistake there!"
*SLUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURP!!*
Grinning down at her friends, Vapour couldn't help but smirk wider at the sight of the flooded trench she'd licked into the ground. "Almost missed you, Mawie! It's a good thing I drank a couple dozen lakes on my way over!
Pamela wiped her drenched face with a sigh.
One thing you really have to watch out for when around any body of water is Vaporeons. They have a nasty habit of sneaking up on you. Sneaking up on you at very, VERY big sizes at that! Vapour here is especially good at that, and will frequently absorb entire oceans to outsize folk!
And just when Pamela thinks she’s got the giant cat situation under control she seems to miss the obvious from behind her. Gigantic country sized slurping Vaporeons. Her giant wet slurpy tongue continuously slurpring her over and over as she picks up the entire landmass that the giant Rattata, (and everyone else for that matter) is on! Let’s hope Fang uses the chance to get away a little, or she’ll end up stuck completely to that tongue at her size! And anyone smaller? Welp. Good luck to them!
Again this is another really strong entry in the sequence. Vapour and Pamela’s expressions are just fantastic.
