"Starter" basically means that you choose the flower and placement. You can add fluff, hair, change the tail or ears, edit some markings, change the face shape, etc. You must stick with common to uncommon and these may not be flowerless or poison nybs.
I did these to allow a little more freedom in some prospective nyb owners! I realize some people can be picky so this is a way to help out a little, I thought.
