Here's one of the sketches I produced during FWA this year. Some of you may recall this piece drawn by Hydralancer back at a prior FWA. In the same vein as Kaili and his story, Serenity's Edge, I've been plotting out a story with Ellie. This is a modification of the original concept, which sees Ellie as a member of an elite order of Battlemages called the ARC Knights, where she protects and polices a civilization spanning three moons above a planet wounded by war.

Looking at this now, I think I'll move away from my usual trend of doing skin-tight armor, if any at all, and instead work on some proper armor plating befitting of a space-spanning warrior. I'll probably come back to this later with some new revised armor themed around Egyptian motifs (every one of the Knights have their own visual theme; aquatic, Medieval, art deco, gothic, Edo Japan, etc.). Plus, I intend to give her cybernetic wings!
