Almost cuddled to death by a possum when you just want to complete your mission? Yeah, I think that's a reason

Oh, I see now! That didn't really look like a possum, though. But why would that traumatized him if she was just hugging them!
Btw, have you have you read the comic Ozy and Millie? It's REALLY funny, showing the horrors of elementary school from the perspectives of two kids. It'll make you question everything you THINK you know about the world we live in.

I think it does
It's an Australian brushtail possum (http://cdn2.arkive.org/media/9E/9E3.....m-a-branch.jpg) So don't confuse it with an American opossum
Have you ever seen Elmyra from Looney Toons? Then you know that hugging can be traumatizing
Ah no, I haven't seen it ^^ I will have a look at it

I must warn you, it's REALLY long - over 2,000 pages in fact.

Ozy is the calm, zen like one, while Millie is the liberal, tomboyish rebel one.

My favorite page of the comic would have to be the one where Captain Locke pillages the school and attempts to take over the principal's office (he failed and ended up getting sent to the school psychiatrist). The Dread Pirate Captain Locke is a pirate from a couch (literally) dimension where kids rule over adults and he spends most of his days raiding chewing gum stores and sailing the stripy seas. He and Millie actually have a lot in common, though Locke is actually is a lot older than the 10 years he appears to be.
