So I'm currently in the midst of another RP with Charlestonrat, and I wanted to upload this here to test how it would turn out. Story will be completed eventually.

Those are most likely some program's smart quotes not being handled by the file. The way I get rid of them in word is to paste it in Word, save as a TXT and check the 'Character substitution' box. This tries to eliminate unhandled characters by replacing them with something equivalent.
