Really it's just practice. I try to make every shape self contained so I can color with the paint bucket as much as possible. I try to draw everything as fast as possible.

Ooh lovely. That's some cleavage you could drown in! And, what an awesome way to go. Is this FF6/3 ? Its hard to tell, since they didn't have such lovely proportions in the games. ; } And, thats pretty confusing anyway...6 in Japan 3 in the US...the numbers are all jumbled. I played US3 the most of them all though. Kefka was such an awesome villain. ; }
