In this scene~ Allie finds out about Tsuki's eye being the jewel of the moon and that he can transform into a super strong creature that super destructive and can only be awaken when moonlight touches the jewel. Once awaken, it can only seal back by morning light. Thats why Tsuki covers his eye with his hair~ "Tsuki, i cant believe i didnt know about this, ive known you for so long yet i only know this today."
