This is what i did so far and it took me 2 hours and 30 minutes to do this. I'm not good at shading and shadowing and such that's why i'm practicing.

So awesome to see you doing color :D you're doing a great job!!
Tips and more: the highlights you did on the eyes are amazing, as well as the lighting on the left cheek, just be careful with the shades and lighting by the ears, need some form of gradation from the ears down ^^, you did it with the nose very well :3 the nose is great, if u ever want to touch it up even more,blend it at the sharp line where it goes from light to dark instantly :3
but you're still busy on the ears and stuff so I can't really say , all in all, looks amazing ^^, I commend you!!
