Little Toon Tanks Challenge - Foxy Loxy Bulks Up! (clean)
venusgospel2007 issued a challenge here to take an obscure toon girl character and make her all huge 'n buff 'n muscly.By coincidence, it was around this time that I realized I'd never drawn Foxy Loxy before (from Disney's Chicken Little), despite liking her character rather a lot. Yes, she's a mean little bully vixen, but she's also a very nontraditional female toon character. She's the best athlete in school, for one. And she's also got braces and is shaped like a cute fat little kielbasa, yet is spared any jokes about her appearance in the film. I really wish that they'd done more with her character though. We get one tantalizing little hint that she may have some compassion after all, and then nothing more. Even though her transformation at the end is cute, it would have been much more interesting to see her realize that her bullying behavior and obsession with winning in sports is her defense against her own self-image. It seems obvious to me that she picks on the nerdy outcast kids because she's terrified by the thought that she could be just like them.
But enough psychoanalysis! Here's our reubenesque little superstar in her normal state, and then after 1,001 cans of Red Bull. I'm quite happy with how these came out, as they're both body types I don't usually draw.
Also, I realized after I'd drawn the last pic that venusgospel had wanted them to be non-nude, so I quickly whipped up this version with bikinis.

The only thing I think I could mention (and it's so ridiculously minor it's not even funny) is that in the movie, she had like... no neck. Hell, I doubt she even had a chin. But like I said, very minor detail, and it does nothing to detract from the picture.
But I'd still go with her before self than her after, if only due to personal preference. You know the deal. ;)

It ain't Pixar, but it's certainly worth a watch. The way the movie's tone changes suddenly from cuddly-sweet Disneyness to alien invasion horrorshow is one of its best aspects. Plus Joan Cusack doing the voice of Ugly Duckling. (Love me some Cusack voice!)
Re: musculature, Thanks! With this one, I had no idea id I'd be able to pull it off, so I basically just drew great big exaggerated ovals for everything, then fiddled endlessly with the lineart to get it to look right.

Actually, I have thought of maybe doing a Chicken Little fanfic. And of course, with Foxy's mouth being so incredibly enormous, it would have to involve vore. ;9

Thanks about the bikini thing! Like I said, I actually drew it on top of the existing picture, using the mouse. So I was impressed myself at how not-shitty it ended up looking. :)

Nice to see another Foxy Loxy admirer. I claim to be the first, since after seeing her vaporised by the aliens, I felt rather sick for the rest of the film, while the rest of the audience laughed at that scene. I was so relieved to see her alive later on, the poor dear, sucking her thumb, showing her true colours of being a frightened little fox only wishing to be loved. *gives Foxy a warm hug*
Fantastic job of putting her in a pumped-up bod for a female, too. She's cute even in her seemingly fat normal look. Love the shark teeth and the braces, too.

Yeah, part of why I like her so much is how non-traditional a Disney female she is. she's actually shaped like a little sausage, with the aforementioned shark teeth.
And too, it's Disney, so I wasn't too worried when she got lazored. they'd never REALLY kill off someone like that.
