Bearded Tit, or bearded reedling. I really like this bird, its colorful and has a nice contrast. It lives hidden in the reed. Your only chance to have a clear view is to wait at the end of an reed-field for them to appear to enjoy some sun.

Distance was somewhere between 15-20m. I was laying on the ground behind a small dyke and waited (actually waited for a black kite to appear~)
Camera is an Old APS-C (Canon 7D). Lense Canon EF500mm f/4L IS II USM.
ISO 400 , 1/2500s, F4(the lense is already at its best wide open)
AF Servo Mode. Single Point Spot AF.
