The film "Hachi: A Dog's Tale" was filmed only a few minutes drive from my Boyfriend's house. There is a monument at the spot where they filmed the scenes of Hachi waiting for his master and I wanted to visit him and take some photographs of him. The area has changed a bit since filming, but its still a very pretty monument. I will have to take more pictures once the tree has its leaves back.
This monument is meant to replicate the actual monument at Shibuya Station in Tokyo, Japan, where the true story of Hachiko actually happened and where the original monument stands.
