Did you know there are just WAY TOO FEW BEAVERS.

Anyways, about this time in my life I started seeing a guy (Who I am no longer seeing) he is a fur, named Cody. Anywho Cody is a beaver, not seen or come across a beaver before but got to talking to Cody about furs and fursona's and the lack of art in the Beaver section so I decided to draw him as his fursona. It looked better in pencil T_T

I have to say though, for a male I did a good job, I really like the face, even the hair is interesting. The pose is cute, reminds me almost of an otter though, but from what I gather they are similar in face to a degree.

The hardest part was the feet and the tail though. Artistically the tail looked wonderful on paper, it's when I took it to photoshop that it didn't look good with all the groves, so I tried to shadow it and highlight it in a way that best looked like a beaver, unfortunately to me, looking at it now, it still looks much too rounded. But Over all I like it.

The Feet were a pain too, why is it when people take pictures of animals they rarely capture the feet?? Anyways, in an attempt to keep the feet as close to beaver as could be possible, I give you webbed feet. lol.
