The Para-Combat Angel Unit is something I thought up while listening to Learn to Fly by Foo Fighters.
For some reason, I had the mental image of a dude fallen from a plane and at the end, someone geared in technological 'angel' armor dashes out and saves him. So many stupid mistakes in this art. XD


-- In the future years, where spaceflight is an established venture and flying vehicles are more common than generic ground transport, the government established a new branch of the military known as the Para-Combat Angel Unit, or PAU. Established as a means to protect the aerial highways in ways that ordinary military airships can't, the PAU also serves as a recon team, a supply or combat drop team, or more commonly, an aerial rescue squad to protect people from the direst of all deaths: splattering on the ground.

Unlike normal military, their 'dogtag' is a high-tech bracer equipped with a Devil-Wing Cutting Blade. It is imprinted with all of the soldier's identification data, stored in a nano-computer contained inside of an indestructable 'black box' style container.
