History: Born and raised in Ember Village, Cyanide grew up loving art and playing with his bestfriend Fallout. The two met in Elementary School when Cyanide's family moved next to Fallout's house. Their friendship started when Fallout defended Cyanide from the school bully, Dominik, and they've been best friends ever since. Shortly after, Cherri-Bomb's family moved to Ember Village, and the three quickly became close friends. As Cyanide became older, he further developed his writing and painting skills and earned a job as a freelance journalist. He also developed a love interest in Cherri-Bomb, and she fell for him as well, but both feared a romantic relationship would ruin their friendship. One night Cherri got drunk and came onto Cyanide, but he valued their friendship enough that he refused to take advantage of her, regardless of his feelings. This led to them completely falling in love with each other, but each was scared to act on it, and doubted that the other felt the same way. The three remain best friends, and often hang out in the local park.
