Almost a speed paint except it took way too long. Stuff is still bothering me, so here's a poem just 'cause;
This dark,
it clings to me as moss
growing as the moon wanes
growing as the sun dims
each cycle and again
cavern dark,
it calls to me as sirens
shelter me from light rays
shelter me from storm winds
protect and thus keep safe
treasured dark,
it holds to me as eggshells
warm to those who cherish
warm to those who watch
guard this darkened haven
else light will break this home
