So my character Tower uses these stickers in her role as a safe communication line. You touch the mouth of the sticker and it pings her. She then finds your location and makes a safe line with your phone calls you then sees what you need. Also to help narrow down on random touching, she uses her computer to help her read what number is near that point and some people use morris code on it if they cant talk, helping other in the pro-conduit movement to their location.

The person who drew this up for her and helped plan it out drew it as a deer because of Towers inability at the time to say the word “here” due to her braces. thats why it says “dere” and the second mouth has braces.
