Time is an interesting concept in which we have a 'constant' from which to organize our projects/work/lives.
The feeling of ever losing it or 'not having enough' is something we all feel at one stage or another.
I find it amusing we symbolize sand (a form of matter in itself that takes a great deal of coincidental effort over a long stretch in occurring naturally) with our concept of time.
Tiny particles so humble and seemingly insignificant on their own, yet considered a whole in their immensely numerous collection. Much like our own existence, among all things, in which we are adrift to collide with one another, soften our rough edges, and take a wholly unique shapes within such a minuscule band of 'livable' conditions.
Part vent, part personal, part practice.. 100% therapeutic to work on
Frustration is a funny thing to express through drawing, I always find that immediately afterward I see each and every piece I would do over again less terrible ~_~;
Inked with 0.3, 0.5, 0.8 1.0 and colour feltips.
Coloured with assorted marker brands, pencil, white gelpen and a smattering of Photoshop/textures just to finish it up

I really like the deep meanings in both the description and the image Carn; especially in the image of your head slowly turning to sand. In alot of ways, we are bits of sand and dust that have been molded into human shape, and when it comes time for us to leave the mortal coil, our bodies return to sand and dust...very zen when looked at from certain perspectives...

........oddly, I'm also getting a weird friend boner for you right now; the blue shorts, arm bandage, bra bandages w/ toga bandage, along with a neck collar and fur colors only add to your beauty...but...maybe....maybe it's the heat in this sand zone...I don't...know <_< >_> #iamsoconfused #aboutthisfriendboner #needyourzencarn

Time is an interesting thing, non-existent yet ever present while also being of high value even though we "waste" it constantly to sleep, eat and exist.
I feel like it's best to try and just enjoy the moments we are alive and not worry about our time needing to be too efficient (Although that being said humans have an inbuilt reaction to be efficient so that might be part of why we need time to be organised)

The one thing that frightens us is running out of time for ourselves, others, and the things we love to do. If that happens we do everything in our power to make more time, only to find we've wasted it by attempting to make it.
Like sand, time is everywhere, but we don't know what to do with it all.
