Hey I just wanted to draw something that glowed...glew...glows...whatever. Something that glows in the dark. Then halfway through coloring this pic I couldnt remember if Eel actually glows or if I had just made that up out of mad desire for something that glows, but it was too late to turn back. But anyways this was fun.
