Looks much better, I would suggest making the lines on the hair a bit farther from the skull. The way this is portrayed shows that the character's hair is thinning, as it seems to be hugging the skull. I would also suggest you lengthen the sides of the hair, I don't know how many people I've seen whose hair ends above the base of their skull, but I know they were all sick.
