Done and tested, looks like it works!

The only possible concern is that the velcro loops have pretty rough edges, but I should be wearing tights under them so we should be okay.

There's a snap buckle in there but it won't hold them up, the waist is loose on me, The belt that the loops attach to will hold it tight.

The first outing of the whole deal was (hopefully is) going to be at Eeyore's Birthday, but the weather isn't looking good...it's probably going to rain on friday before. On well, weekend after if need be!
