Yo this art is signed. If art is signed it can’t legally be claimed unless further legal action is taken. My brother is a law student who studied this sort of stuff and he talks about it a lot. If it isn’t nelly63’s and it was signed by him then more severe action should be taken. Also what kind of person tells someone this with a “;w;” in the sentence?
