Sorry you can't nosh on cake... At least you can sit on it; glad the typo demon that bothers me from time to time didn't sneak that 'h' into "sit". I had a thought about soy/almond milk tapioca and fruit parfait just now when I noticed your food allergy or autoimmune disorder. Might or might not be tasty.
