Lyshara stepped up behind Liarra, placing her hand upon her daughter's arm and smiling as she closed her eyes softly, "You've grown to be such a fine young woman, Liarra. Mother is quite proud of you, and I'm sorry I've missed so much of your life, but I'll be around now." Lyshara gave Liarra's arm a soft squeeze.

"It's okay, Mother, I'm just glad you're home," Liarra smiled and looked over her shoulder, nearly dropping the arcane tome she was holding at the tenderness of Lyshara. Liarra had been so young when Lyshara had been taken from her life that she was still getting used to the reality of her mother versus the stories she had always heard from her sister and Mother, and Liarra found she liked the reality. "Your presence alone has brought such joy back into the House, Mother... umm... I've been studying hard, do you want to see?"

Lyshara nodded and leaned in to kiss the back of her daughter's head, her motherly pride swelling in her cold chest, "I would like that very much, Liarra."
