This is Luie the Cockatiel (musicofluie) done for the conbadge exhcange group for April.
I am actually pretty darn happy with this, which is rare for me.
I am also starting to experiment again with cel shading. I need a lot more practice, but it isn't terrible.
I had a really fun time drawing this, my first cockatiel ever.
