Bio: Minerva is quite the "adventurous" individual. She had recently graduated from Kizuna's PCC (Poke Community College), majoring in biology. She is usually found either studying for short periods of time, or wandering from place to place within the city limits.
Some of her noteworthy abilities include being able to levitate using electromagnetism, her acidic saliva which can be adjusted, and the power to control electricity and fire from a playful spark to lethal proportions! The appendage sprouting from her head can act like a powerful, yet dexterous whip.
Not one to shy away from fun, she loves to tease those she meets; especially with those who are close to her. She usually delivers a jolt of electricity to numb the entire body before doing whatever she wants. Although her first impressions may appear malicious, she holds no ill intent and only desires a good time to be had.

Holy fucking shit
This took me about 50 hours total to complete non-stop (Minus the hours at college)
Sometimes, I'd get stuck drawing literally ONE LINE FOR OVER AN HOUR

I was seriously about to lose my mind with this
However, I just absolutely love how she turned out; like a naga or a mermaid or something~
But looking at this now makes me wanna just collapse on the floor and not ever move... ;w;
I WAS thinking about using an Eelektross to combine with another Pokemon to create a different OC, but this idea was too great to pass up, I think
