_Rocky reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

_"First come, first served" - This means, after payment is received, your name will be added to a "list". You will be served based on the number assigned.

_During downtime of commissions, there is no waiting list.

_Rocky will not take your commission if you do not have reference image(s). Even one will do!

_Please be aware that your commission will be posted on various websites (DeviantArt, Furaffinity, Wysp, Tumblr, Twitter, FaceBook, to name a few), and possibly in Rocky's portfolio.

_Rocky commissions are property of commissioner. (For commercial-use commissions, please send an email inquiry)

_Rocky will never sell any form of reproduction of commissioned artwork, without consent of client.

What am I allowed to do with my commission?

_With the appropriate credits you may post it on your website, roleplay with it, etc. The "Rocky" signature must be left on the image. Any links to Rocky's gallery count as appropriate credit.

_If you wish to remain anonymous, your name will be withheld, but the piece will still be posted.


Payment


_Paypal in USD only.

_When sending your payment, please put your username as the subject and your commission type in the message.

_Payment is due upfront. If your payment is delayed, your commission will move down the list behind those who have paid. Failure to make the payment in a week will remove you from the queue.

Refund Policy

_Refunds will NOT be available if your commission has already been started. This means any sketch (digital or traditional) for any and ALL commissions.


Extras

_Want an icon from your commissioned piece? Please give the size specifics and you will receive an icon, no additional charge.

_Want the original drawing? If your commission is a traditional sketch or ink drawing, you have the option to attain the original. Please notify Rocky before proceeding with commission, so that you can receive the original.

Process and Expectations

_Rocky tries best to stay in contact with clients to achieve full customer satisfaction. Please send an e-mail any time if you have questions or concerns with your commission.

_Rocky will discuss deadlines with you before any pencil takes to paper. The deadlines depend on the number of characters and complexity of the image.

_Depending on complexity of image, extra might be charged. This includes heavily detailed characters or backgrounds.

_Once the deadlines have been established, payment is asked to be made in full before I begin the sketching stage. For larger, costlier commissions, payment may be broken up as such: Half of total payment must be received by Rocky as a down payment. The last half being paid after the sketch drawing has been approved.

_You will always be provided with a series of works in progress(WIP); for ink and digital color commissions ONLY. WIPs will be sent through email, only; NEVER posted online without consent.

_The sketching stage includes one round of editing. Rocky will do any of the following types of changes:
- Minor edit: adding or changing of jewelry, color change, or other small, easily changed details
- Major edit: changing entire outfits, repositioning limbs, changing the pose

_The inking stage includes one round of editing. Rocky will do any Minor edits.

_The digital color stage includes one final round of editing, if necessary. Rocky will only allow color changes.

_Rocky does not provide WIPs for sketch commissions. Sketch commissions do not include revisions. If revisions are desired, additional payment may apply.

_When the piece is finished, you will receive 2(two) files for each image commissioned:
- 800 pixels height hi-res image, for computer view-ability
- original hi-res print image size (can range from 8.5" to 12" width)
