This is Lexi and her currently nameless Pikachu. I once tried to combine Pokemon with Fallout New Vegas and I actually had a lot written down, but the lack of interest was amazing. Pikachu is her partner through all her troubles, though she's also gifted with firearms. And yes, her hair IS supposed to look like an Articuno tail.
