Oh man. What if her first attack on Celestia was to make her think there was an armed rebellion, an execution, and then an eternity of torture?

And then she wakes up completely traumatized AND THEN has to battle.

That would be intense.

I can't help but think that Celestia's very long life has left her "resolved" to the horrible things that happen. If there was an armed insurrection I think she'd almost expect it and just go along with it, remaining dignified and loving even as she goes to the gallows.

I think her real nightmare would be that people stopped caring about her. "Hell" for her would be if people didn't realize or care that she loved them and wanted the best for them. Even if she had a palace with a thousand servants and every physical pleasure imaginable.

I think that's why the whole Luna banishment is still sore for her. She loves Luna above all others, because Luna is a family member as well as a subject, and the fact that Luna (at one point) did not realize how much Celestia loves her, that really makes her cry.
